Grails is a web application framwork based on the Groovy langauge.
Stefan Armbruster has created a Neo4j plugin for Grails to provide integration. The initial release is described in his Neo4j Grails Plugin announcement post and a follow-up post with example code.
There's an informative release post on version 0.2 of the plugin.
